Reservations
Reservations should be made by telephone or using our online booking system.
For a one night stay total payment is required when you make your reservation.
For a stay of more than one night a one nights deposit is required at time of reservation. This applies to the last night of the stay.
Deposits must be secured by credit card when making your reservation or a personal check 21 days prior to your arrival date.
If you wish to pay in cash upon arrival a valid credit card is still required to hold your reservation.
Payment may be made by cash, personal check, traveler’s check, BedandBreakfast.com gift certificate, American Express, Discover, Visa, or MasterCard.

Cancellation
If cancellation is received 14 or more days (21 days for holiday periods) prior to arrival, the deposit will be
refunded less $25 handling charge. Within 14 days prior to arrival (21 days for holiday periods) there will
be no refund on the deposit.
Please remember that a reservation is your commitment for the full period that you request.
If you leave the Inn before your reservation has expired or arrive late, your entire fee will be forfeited.
Deposits are applied to the last night of your initial reservation.
Should you arrive after your specified date or depart prior to the end of your confirmed reservation,
you will be charged the full amount of your reserved stay.

Check In / Check Out
Check in is between 2pm and 10pm. If you plan to arrive later than this please call to organize special arrangements.
Check-out is requested no later than 10am.
Later departures may be available upon request but depending on availability and will incur additional charges, typically $20 before 2pm and $40 before 4pm. Any checkout later than 4pm will be charged an additional nights stay.

Pets
We do have a limited number of rooms that are pet friendly but they are in popular demand.
Pets must be kept in the room at all times and should not be allowed to wander around the Lodge, especially the dining room, as our other guests may not like them.
Similarly if walking your pet in the grounds please keep it leashed unless specifically told you may take it off and always clean up any mess your animal leaves behind as we do have young children using the same facilities.
If you leave the Inn and the pet is left in the room, it must be kept in a travel kennel or cage. We do have a limited number of these available in both large and small sizes.
Pets are NOT allowed on ANY furniture especially the beds.
Any mess or damage to the room or fixtures and fittings caused by the pet, will be charged to your final bill or forwarded to you post check-out.
(As a guide the basic cleaning charge is $50 and damage is rated on the type of damage caused)

Smoking
For our guests comfort and safety, we operate a non-smoking policy throughout the lodge.
Smoking is only permitted outside the building where we have provided suitable receptacles for cigarette butts.
A minimum $150 cleaning charge will be added to your bill if you smoke in your room or anywhere inside the building.
