	Our 24 rooms are a mix of 10 rooms with 2 double beds, 4 rooms with 1 double and 2 twin beds, 3 rooms with 1 queen and 2 twin beds, 2 rooms with 1 queen and 1 bunk bed, 2 rooms with 1 double and 1 twin bed, 2 rooms with 1 king bed and 1 room with 1 double. Reserve your room, online!


	Room 1 is close to reception, TV lounge and the dining room. It has 2 double beds, a private bathroom with a grab rail in the bath, with the shower over the bath, cable TV, alarm clock/radio and a view to the rear of the property.


	Room 3 is close to reception, TV lounge and the dining room. It has 2 double beds, a private bathroom with a grab rail in the bath, with the shower over the bath, cable TV, alarm clock/radio and a view to the rear of the property.


	Room 4 is close to reception, TV lounge and the dining room. It has 2 double beds, private bathroom, with the shower over the bath, cable TV, alarm clock/radio and a view, and access via a door, to the front of the property.


	Room 5 has 2 double beds, private bathroom, with the shower over the bath, cable TV, alarm clock/radio and a view to the rear of the property.


	Room 6 has 2 double beds, private bathroom, with the shower over the bath, cable TV, alarm clock/radio and a view, and access via a door, to the front of the property.


	Room 7 has 2 double beds, private bathroom, with the shower over the bath, cable TV, alarm clock/radio and a view to the rear of the property.


	Room 8 has 2 double beds, private bathroom, with the shower over the bath, cable TV, alarm clock/radio and a view, and access via a door, to the front of the property.


	Room 10 is a larger room with 2 double beds, private bathroom, with the shower over the bath, cable TV, alarm clock/radio and a view, and access via a door, to the front of the property.


	Room 12 is a larger room with 1 queen and 1 set of bunk beds, private bathroom, with the shower over the bath, 22" LCDTV, cable TV, DVD player, alarm clock/radio and access via a door, to the front of the property. Refurbished June 2008


	Room 13 is a larger room with 1 queen and 1 set of bunk beds, private bathroom, with the shower over the bath, cable TV, alarm clock/radio and a view to the rear of the property. Refurbished June 2009


	Room 14 is a larger room with 1 queen and 2 twin beds, private bathroom, with the shower over the bath, cable TV, alarm clock/radio and a view, and access via a door, to the front of the property. Refurbished June 2008


	Room 15 is a larger room with 1 queen and 2 twin beds, private bathroom, with the shower over the bath, cable TV, alarm clock/radio and a view to the rear of the property. Refurbished June 2008


	Room 16 This is our smallest and cheapest room. It has 1 double bed, private bathroom with a shower, cable TV, alarm clock and a view to the front of the property. Refurbished July 2008


	Room 17 is a larger room with 1 queen and 2 twin beds, private bathroom, with the shower over the bath, cable TV, alarm clock/radio and a view to the rear of the property.


	Room 18 has 1 double and 1 twin bed, private bathroom with the shower over the bath, cable TV, alarm clock/radio and a view, and access via a door to the front of the property.


	Room 19 is a large room with a king bed, private bathroom with shower over the bath, cable TV, alarm clock/radio and a view to the rear of the property. Refurbished Sept 2008


	Room 20 is a large room with a king bed, private bathroom with shower over the bath, cable TV, alarm clock/radio and a view, and access via a door to the front of the property. Refurbished July 2008


	Room 22 is situated on the lower level. It has 1 double and 2 twin beds, private bathroom with a shower over the bath, cable TV, alarm clock/radio and a view, and access via a door to the front of the property. Refurbished July 2009


	Room 24 is situated on the lower level. It has 1 double and 2 twin beds, private bathroom with a shower over the bath, cable TV, alarm clock/radio and a view, and access via a door to the front of the property.


	Room 25 has 1 double and 1 twin bed, private bathroom with the shower over the bath, cable TV, alarm clock/radio and a view to the rear of the property. (This room only has a small window).


	Room 26 It has 1 double, 2 twin beds and a pullout sofabed, private bathroom with a shower over the bath, cable TV, alarm clock/radio and a view, and access via a door to the front of the property.


	Room 27 has two double beds, private bath, with a shower over the bath, cable TV, alarm clock/radio and a view to the rear of the property.


	Room 28 (pet friendly) is situated on the lower level and is a pet friendly room. It has 1 double and 2 twin beds, private bathroom with a shower over the bath, cable TV, alarm clock/radio and a view, and access via a door to the front of the property.


	Room 29 is situated on the lower level. It has a queen bed and 2 twin beds, private bath, with a shower over the bath, cable TV, alarm clock/radio and a view to the rear of the property. Refurbished June 2010
